Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
All items can be returned within 3 days of reception for a refund. After 3 days all sales are final. Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached and in the box where applicable, and cannot have smoke smell, pet hair, or any other condition that would hinder the resale of the item. All returned items will be returned on a gift card for store credit only
